POPPIT SANDS is a small town in Wales. We were once there in the
summer. We stayed at a youth-hostel, in a little house
with a baby blue bathtub and a view of the bay. In the
morning a soft mist enveloped the landscape and smudged all contours
and we believed we were in heaven. The sand was so soft that it felt
as if walking on clouds, but our feet were no longer on the ground,
